Groundless slander or repetitive malicious complaints
General inquiries or routine service dissatisfaction
Private disputes related to personal life
Anonymous false reports with unverifiable facts

Whistleblower Protection

Report details and reporter information are accessible only to limited personnel.
Any disadvantage or discrimination caused by reporting is prohibited.
Anonymous reporting is possible, and supporting evidence improves review accuracy.
Actions are taken in accordance with internal standards and applicable laws.
